Do Not Drink … Play!

If you enjoy having a a drink ever so often, keep your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all money, credit cards and checkbooks back at the hotel. Grab only the cash you intend to spend on alcohol, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to lose and keep the rest behind.

Contemptuous? Not really. Realistic more like. You could have a profit after a boozy night out with your buddies and be blessed enough to hook a long toss at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that story considering that it is as brief as it gets if you regularly consume alcohol and gamble. The two just don’t mix.

Leaving your moolah back at the hotel might be a bit dramatic, but preventative measures for drastic behavior is required. If you gamble to win, then don’t consume alcohol and play. If you like to throw away your money nary a worry, then consume all the gratis beer your stomach can handle, but don’t carry charge cards and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your inebriated head loses everything!

Let me to take this a single step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop online to gamble in your preferred internet casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my condominium, however due to the fact that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can not consume alcohol and bet.

Why? Despite the fact that I do not drink alcohol to excess, when I drink, it’s absolutely enough to blur my judgment. I bet, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. Both make for a ferocious, and crazy, cocktail.
